Warranty for Wall Clock

 To give you the ultimate confidence in your purchase, all of our Clock comes with 6 month Warranty. If the clock stops moving/working. Please follow the steps below for replacement.

 

How to return/exchange ?

1. Request a return/exchange within 6 months of receiving your order by filling out the form here.
2. Our team will contact you after receiving your form. Our team will try to assist/repair/guide you. If the problem cannot be resolved. You will need to return the clock back to us.
3. You will need to send the item back to us for replacement. 
4. Once we received it. We will check it and update you the status. 

 

Term & Conditions: 

• Item(s) are to be sent back to KULIHART studio using liable postage service with tracking. Please update us the tracking number.
• Please ensure you wrap the clock properly with Bubble wrap and inside a Kraft Box. We will not be liable for any damaged/lost of returned items.
• Once the item is received we will contact you to advise the status of your return.
